For each installed Graceport device ensure proper operation validation forms are completed by a Qualified Cintas Partner. Validation forms must be accessible and stored indefinitely. If previously installed by contractor or unknown party, then it must be validated by Qualified Cintas Partner. If a location changes from fused to impedance style Graceport, then new validation must be performed. Graceport Live Dead Live PPT, Graceport Installation PPT and Graceport Performance Test (Training located at SharePoint link to be completed within 90 days of hire or placement into position). If location is switching from fused style to impedance style, then they must complete all of the Graceport Impedance Training. All new purchased graceports MUST be impedance style.
