PM - Fanuc - Robot Battery Change: Robot batteries are important to ensure things are up and running properly and efficiently. It is important to ensure that a robot's battery is changed when power settings are starting to get low so no reteaching will have to occur.

TB_0014_FANUC Robot Battery Change

Make sure the robot controller cabinet is turned on

DO NOT PERFORM THE ACTIVITY WITHOUT THE CABINET BEEN ON otherwise the robot will loose the calibration

Use a screwdriver to remove the battery box cover.

Change the 4 batteries, verify the correct position of each battery and respect it on the new ones

Use a screwdriver to replace the cover

Make sure that the TP doesnt have any BLAL fault, or just reset it

Check that all covers are placed in the correct places and that no objects or tools are left on the work area

After changing the batterieshas been carried out, how does the equipment remain?
