This procedure is for the inspection and maintenance of your Packaged Air-Handling Unit. It includes a list for the recommended cleaning procedures and inspection of panels and sealing of unit.

    Inspection and maintenance should be performed at regular intervals and should include the following:

    Inspection of panels and sealing of unit against air leakage

    • Pass
    • Flag
    • Fail

    Testing for cooling/heating system leaks.

    • Pass
    • Flag
    • Fail

    Checking of all electrical connections.

    • Pass
    • Flag
    • Fail
