Blower Coil Air Handlers - Maintenance Checklist | 3-6 Months

This quarterly procedure is for your equipment's fan wheel and to check for obstruction in the housing or intefere with fan blades.

    Manually rotate the fan wheel to check for obstructions in the housing or interference with fan blades. Remove any obstructions and debris.

    • Fail

    Check motor bracket torque.

    • Pass
    • Flag
    • Fail

    Inspect and clean drain pans.

    • Pass
    • Flag
    • Fail

    Inspect coils for dirt build-up. Clean fins if airflow is clogged.
