Tools and Supplies

• Cut-resistant gloves

Remove Chassis

• Ensure that the handle of the chassis is down

• Move the cartridge locking pins to the unlocked position

• Holding the pusher and blade components together as one cartridge, remove from the chassis

Inspect blades for any sign of damage

• Pass
• Flag
• Fail

Cleaning

• Put on cut resistant gloves

• Separate the blade and pusher components

• Using the scrubbing brush, remove any residue from the blade and pusher components

• Rinse the blade and pusher components

• Sanitize the blade and pusher components

• Assemble the blade and pusher components

• Wipe chassis with cleaning solution

• Wipe chassis with clear water

• Wipe chassis with sanitizing solution
