Arizona Sites

• Free $12 Polish & Shine

• $5 OFF any Full Service Wash

• (Veteran's Day Only) Free Full-Service Oil Change (no wash)

• (Veteran's Day Only) Full-Service Oil Change with FS Basic Lube Wash= $5

Service Drive

• XPT ~ FastPass attendant with DRB Manager Card Veteran's Day Button on 2nd Staff screen.

• OR Customer scans barcode on instant prepaid ticket (from C-Store)

Full Service

• CSA generates FS ticket, customer takes pre-receipt to cashier.

Lube (Veteran's Day Only)

• Use buttons on Lube tab: Vets FS Lube w/ Wash or Vets FS Lube No wash

C-Store

• Express= Generate instant pre-paid ticket (Vets Free $13 PS Button on Coupon tab, tender). Give to customer to use at the XPT.

• Lube (Veteran's Day Only) = FS Lube with wash pre-receipt will already be discounted.

Service Drive

• Polish & Shine= Write up $13 Polish & Shine Ticket (Customer does NOT stay in vehicle, Customer takes pre-receipt to cashier)

• Full Service= Write up Basic FS ticket, Customer takes pre-receipt to cashier.

Cashier Terminals

• 1) Select the Polish & Shine Wash

• 2) Select Scan Barcode and enter the date of the promotion. NOTE: This code will change each Vet's/4th of July/ Memorial Day, so please pay attention to the date.

• 3) After clicking submit, confirm that the discount is in the sale.

• 4) You can now finish the sale and the customer can proceed to receive their free wash!

Kiosk Terminals

• 1) Proceed with a single Polish & Shine wash sale as normal until you get to the payment screen.

• 2) Select the discount button.

• 3) Select manually enter the discount.

• 4) Enter date of the promotion. NOTE this will change each Vet's/ 4th of July/ Memorial Day so please pay attention to the date.

• 5) Upon hitting done, the sale should finish, and the customer can proceed to get their free wash!
