What is New Cars Wash Free?

• New Car Wash Free is a program offered through newcarswashfree.com that gives owners of newly purchased vehicles a free month of washes at participating car washes. Cobblestone is the only car wash to offer this program in Arizona, but there are also other participating carwashes across the United States.

How do I ring up a New Cars Wash Free Customer?

• First thing you will want to do is open a new sale and enter the customer's information.

• Needed 5 things: Name, Email, Phone, Address, Zip Code.

• After, head over to the Fastpass Tab, add a Fastpass tag to their vehicle, and inform the customer about their options.

1 Month of Free Full Service Supreme Washes (NO RECHARGE)

• So if a customer does not want to put a credit card on file with us, follow steps.

• 1) Select the Fastpass Promo LU button.

• 2) Select the NewCars Promo 1m FS

• 3) Scan the customers coupon code,

• A) It should discount any wash that's in the sale and the price of the club plan seller.

• 4) Cash out the sale at $0.

• At this point the customer should be good to go! If you'd like to test, just open a new sale, enter their new fastpass number, and double check to make sure their items are coming in automatically.

• WARNING: If you cash out the sale before adding the club plan seller, the code will no longer be able to be used. Pay attention and make sure all the items are in the sale before cashing out.

IF a customer wants to get signed up for one of our Unlimited Plans and is willing to put their card on file, we will cover the first month of washes for them on select full price FS plans. (Supreme $33, Works $43, Ultimate $49)

• 1) Select the Full Service FP Lookup.

• 2) Select one of the full price Unlimited plans: Supreme $33, Works $43, or Ultimate $49

• 3) Scan the customers coupon code, it should discount any wash that's in the sale and the price of the unlimited plan seller.

• 4) Verify the sale shows $0 and swipe the customer's card.

• At this point the customer should be good to go! If you'd like to test, just open a new sale, enter their new fastpass number, and double check to make sure their items are coming in automatically.

• WARNING: IF you cash out the sale before adding the unlimited plan seller, the code will no longer be able to be used. Pay attention and make sure all the items are in the sale before cashing it out.

Don't panic. In the event that you didn't listen to the warnings and did tender the sale without a club or unlimited seller present we can fix it.

• 1) Have a manager pull up the sale at any terminal.

• 2) Select the Change Sale button (there's one on the Fastpass tab for instance.)

• 3) Delete all the items. Note that if there is a serviced wash in the sale (i.e., grey text) you will have to unlog the wash in order to be able to delete all the items.

• Now you're back to square one with a fresh sale and an unused code! Go back through the steps above to sign them up on the right plan this time around.

What if I know someone with a new car?

• Glad you asked! If you know someone who just bought a new car and would like to tell them about the program, just have them head on over to http://www.newcarswashfree.com/locations, select Cobblestone, and fill out the VIN, license plate, make, model, and color. If the vehicle qualifies, they will receive a code for the promotion above.
