Saguaro Conference Room - Screen Sharing

Steps

• 1) Power on the projector

• 2) If the PC is not on, power it on.

• A) The PC is in the small rack by the projector screen.

• B) If it's locked, there's a key on the lanyard right by the door in the server room.

• C) Press the power button.

3) Log into the PC

• A) You can use the same credentials you use at your desk.

• B) IE: Username: COBBLESTONE\ Your.Name and Password: Your password.

4) Open up Zoom on your Laptop/Phone

• 5) Open up Zoom on the Conference Room PC.
