How to Lookup Customer without a Web Code
When a customer purchased an unlimited plan through our wenbsite here's how you can retrive the prepaid code.
Look up customer by Credit Card
2. You’ll see the customer’s name with a “w- “code. Copy that name (Needed for next step)
3. Open Site watch web and search for the customer with the web code from step 2
4. On the top right you should see a button with your site click on it and select all sites
Click the sales tab
a. You should now see the web purchase, click on the sale (button)
6. A new tab should open with the web sale, click items
a. If you look at the note from the sold item you should see the prepaid code.
