Follow this procedure for proper maintenance and inspection of your equipment to ensure good working condition.
Update the mile reading in the meters section.
Check And Clean Batteries
If asset has an external battery box, check and clean
Check Tire Pressure And Condition
If tire requires replacement note the position and axle number. Write asset number on tire
Inspect Driveline
Inspect King Pins On Steers And Drop Axles
If repair is required note axle number
Check Hub Oil
Check Belts, Tensioners and Hoses
Check/Replace Cabin Air Filter
Check Lights
Check Fire Extinguisher Expiration Date
Check Brake Shoes And Brake Components
Note Field
Add any important information related to a "Flag" or "Fail" during the inspection
