Use this complete checklist for the inspection of hoses, leaks, and pressure regulator. This will ensure your equipment is safe and will give you quality performance.

Check air hoses for leaks
Check air fittings are secure, replace missing bolts
Check pressure regulator is mounted correctly
Check operation: flow regulators should control speed of operation, pressure regulators should control force/power of actuation.
Check legs are correctly adjusted (level with conveyor)
Check all bolts/brackets are present and secure
Lightly lubricate moving parts
Check bolts are secure on flaps
