Use this procedure to check and inspect conveyors. This is also used for checking food safety.

    1. Inspect conveyor drive belts for ease of movement

    • Pass
    • Flag
    • Fail

    2. Check integrity of all springs.

    • Pass
    • Flag
    • Fail

    3. Inspect the UHMW-lined conveyor bearing backing plates for bearing material residue

    • Pass
    • Flag
    • Fail
