    Legends:

    X: Indicates visual inspection, Testing, Adjusting as Required

    CIL: Check indicator light during operation

    O: Indicates drain and fill

    R: Indicates Replacement

    IR: Initial Replacement

    CO: Complete overhaul

    Safety and operational checks (before each shift) only the 8 hour checks are to be done by the operator. Have a qualified mechanic correct all problems.
