Boiler Room
Wipe down boiler
Wipe down feed water tank
Wipe down feed water pump
Wipe down temper and hot water tank
Use manlift and wipe down all pipes
Clean, sweep floor, and change mats
Waste Water Room
Clean all chemical pumps
Clean chemical residue on drum
Wash down chemical area
Wash down filter press area
Wash down pit area
Wipe down pit pump
Wipe down DAF
Wipe down EQ tank
Wipe down heat reclaimer
Wipe down shaker
Wipe down all cabinets
Sweep, scrub floor and change mats
Maintenance Shop
Organize shop
Wipe down all cabinet and drawer
Sweep and mop floor
Soil Area
Blow down sling rails
Sweep and scrub floor
Clay Room
Wipe down clay system
Sweep and mop floor
Organize room
Outside
Pick up all trash around plant once per shift
Shovel snow and salt all entrance and exit door
Production
Blowdown ( portable fan ) drive thru alley, waste water room, clay room, stockroom, and mat area
Pick up garment and towel drop on mezzanine once per shift ( wash alley )
