PM Noblelift PTE
Maintaining your Electric Pallet Jack can prevent your equipment from breaking and ensuring its quality is maintained can also prevent any accidents.
Interval 1 Month
Lubricate the grease nipples
Check the horn function
Check the air gap of the electromagnetic brake
Test the emergency braking
Test the reverse and regenerative braking
Test the safety (belly) button function
Check the steering function
Check the lifting and lowering function
Check the tiller arm switch function
Check if all decals are legible and complete
Carry out a test run
Interval 3 Months
Check the hydraulic cylinder(s), piston for damage noise and leakage
Check the hydraulic joints for damage and leakage
Inspect the hydraulic oil level, refill if necessary
Inspect the forks for deformation and cracks
Check the chassis for deformation and cracks
Check if all screws are fixed
Check the push rods for deformation and damages
Check the gearbox for noise and leakage
Inspect the wheels for deformation and damages
Inspect and lubricate the pivot points
Inspect the electric wiring for damage
Check the electric connections and terminals
Test the Emergency switch function
Check the electric drive motor for noise and damages
Test the display
Check, if correct fuses are used
Test the warning signal
Check the contactor(s)
Check the frame leakage (insulation test)
Check function and mechanical wear of the accelerator
Check the electrical system of the drive motor
Check brake performance, if necessary replace the brake disc or adjust the air gap
Check the battery voltage
Clean and grease the terminals and check for corrosion and damage
Check the battery housing for damages
Interval 6 Months
Check the main power cable for damages
Check the start-up protection during charging
Interval 12 Months or 1500 hours
Refill the hydraulic oil ( 12 month or 1500 working hours )
Check and adjust function of the pressure valve (1500kg(PTE15N)+0/+10% or2000kg(PTE20N)+0/+10%
Inspect and lubricate the steering bearing
