Function each manual valve fully open and fully closed checking for ease of operation and number of turns to function. (as per manufacturer's recommendation)
Cycle and grease valves as needed
Rig up pressure test unit to master valve lower test cap (from direction of flow)
Test chart is required, use 30,000 psi pressure recorder, attach test charts to this report
Pressure recorder to be with acceptable calibration date
Acceptable leakage from pressure test is 0 psi
Ensure all outlets are have test flanges installed with needle valves
Open all FH-5 valves and needle valves
Fill FH-5 with water from lower master valve test cap
All pressure test will be conducted with a low at 1000 psi for 5 minutes and a high of 15,000 psi for 15 minutes.

Conduct Low Pressure Test (1000 PSI) - Test Pressure
Conduct Low Pressure Test (1000 PSI) - Test Duration
Conduct High Pressure Test (15,000 PSI) - Test Pressure

After successful test bled down pressure to 0 psi through test pump assembly

Crown Valve Test / Surface Safety Valves Test Open Master Valve, Close Crown Valve, Close Surface Safety Valves FAQ-SSV-100A & B
Conduct Low Pressure Test (1000 PSI) - Test Pressure
Conduct Low Pressure Test (1000 PSI) - Test Duration
Conduct High Pressure Test (15,000 PSI) - Test Pressure
Conduct High Pressure Test (15,000 PSI) - Test Duration
After successful test bled down pressure to 0 psi through test pump assembly
