PM Solenoid - 900 Final Assembly

Use this procedure for the monthly inspection of your machine's final assembly and cleaning of its parts, tools and chemical components.

    DISCONNECT ENERGY, INSTALL THE TAGOUT LOCK !!!

    A GOOD JOB IS CRUCIAL PART OF YOUR PROFESSIONAL IMPROVEMENT/GROW

    PLEASE MAKE SURE TO FOLLOW THIS MAINTENANCE RUTINE/INSTRUCTION

    1. Final Assembly

    1.1- Items to check and correct if needed at the station:

    -Fixtures

    • Pass
    • Flag
    • Fail

    -Servo sensors:

    • Pass
    • Flag
    • Fail

    - Servo controller:

    • Pass
    • Flag
    • Fail

    -Cables and cylinders/part presence sensors:

    • Pass
    • Flag
    • Fail

    -Shock absorbers and mechanical stops:

    • Pass
    • Flag
    • Fail

    -Valves:

    • Pass
    • Flag
    • Fail

    1.8 Check cylinders alignment (vertical and horizontal axes). Adjust if needed:

    1.9 Check Air Nozzle System and clean filter.

    • Fail

    1.10 Clean the station from parts, tools, stains, chemical bottles, etc.
