Use this checklist for the pre-trip inspection and daily maintenance of your Mack truck. Performing regular maintenance on your equipment has been proven to reduce repair costs for trucks and to avoid unnecessary damages.

    Any cracked transmission case should be replaced.

    Check all components for wear or damage.

    • Pass

    Replace all parts as required. Replace all gaskets, O-rings and any part that shows mutilation or damage.

    Repair all stripped threads, using a thread repair insert that is compatible with patch-lock type capscrews.
