About The Role:
MaintainX, the maker of the world’s most feature-rich but delightfully simple deskless worker software, is looking for a Junior Growth Marketer to join our team. This is a key role within the marketing team that will give the lucky candidate a chance to learn the ins and outs of growth marketing, learning the fundamentals of paid search, SEO, affiliate, and referral marketing, while working directly with a seasoned growth marketing specialist.
MaintainX has seen (and will continue to see) triple-digit year-over-year growth and the marketing will be a key piece of this continued success story. The ideal performance marketer would be hard working, willing to learn, and demonstrate a keen interest in performance and growth marketing especially for a SAAS company. This is a difference-making, meaningful, high-responsibility role and we expect the right candidate to be someone who thinks outside the box, thrives under pressure, and is passionate about learning what makes for a successful marketing campaign.
Help build marketing campaigns from scratch, while learning the ins and outs of performance (growth) marketing.
Start to understand affiliate marketing, paid search marketing, SEO, and email marketing and help the team with campaign optimization and expansion.
Willingness to learn new skills and a “can do” attitude. No job is too big or too small.
Understand the buyer journey, to get the buyer the right message at the right time to maximize engagement.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in marketing or equivalent experience.
Excellent analytical skills and a strong data analysis skills
English: Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
Ability to work independently and effectively from home (during covid)
