MaintainX is looking for a rock-star Sales Enablement Manager to join our growing sales team. This is a critical role that will be directly responsible for overseeing training, development, skills assessment, and ongoing learning initiatives for our sales organization.

As a key member of the sales management team, the Sales Enablement Manager will partner with sales leadership and work cross-functionally to deliver high-impact enablement initiatives for each phase of our sales process - from lead generation to demo presentations, closing, and renewals. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the sales leadership team to develop, execute, and continuously refine the enablement program

  • Lead the creation and deployment of sales playbook, content messaging, processes, and tools to support the sales force

  • Update existing training and develop new learning material across various channels - in-person, virtual, eLearning, videos, on-site/off-site team sessions, etc.

  • Partner with management to develop and refine prospecting scripts (call, email, social)

  • Coach and guide new hires during onboarding/ramp-up process  

  • Collaborate with the leadership team and top performers to uncover gaps and improve processes to help drive efficiencies

  • Support product launches by preparing and enabling the sales force to understand and sell our solutions

  • Support partnerships and alliances

Who You Are

  • 5-7+ years of experience supporting a B2B SaaS organization with enablement experience

  • Bachelor’s degree 

  • Proven experience developing and leading sales onboarding, training, role-plays, online courses, etc.

  • Exceptional training, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills

  • High energy and enthusiasm with ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced startup environment

  • Strong and meticulous attention to detail with an overall passion for continuous improvement

  • Hands-on experience with sales methodologies and tools ( e.g. Value Selling, Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)

  • Experience in project management, program management and/or change management
