About the Role

MaintainX, the maker of the world’s most feature-rich but delightfully simple deskless worker software, is looking for a Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our team. This is a key role within the marketing team that will help build marketing campaigns from idea conception to finished product and data analysis, all while keeping projects on time and on budget.

MaintainX has seen (and will continue to see) triple-digit, year-over-year growth. Marketing will be a key piece of this continued success story. The ideal campaign specialist will understand that growth marketing doesn’t take a siloed approach, but rather ads, emails, social media, audience targeting, and remarketing all need to work hand-in-hand to fully optimize a given campaign.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and track marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital channels.

  • Taking a product-led growth approach, collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Product and Sales) to help optimize campaigns and marketing initiatives. In other words, are campaigns driving quality leads to sales AND/OR driving signups and purchases within the product (self-serve)?

  • Help conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.

  • Work with Content and Design to develop and create marketing materials, that are on-brand and high converting.

  • AB Test and use robust internal data to continually improve/optimize campaigns.

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.

  • 2-5 years of experience in paid marketing campaign management.

  • Knowledge of several of the following channels: SEM, SEO, Affiliate Marketing, display and video ads, social advertising, and how they work together.

  • Familiar with Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and content management systems (WordPress).

  • Excellent analytical skills and strong data analysis skills.

  • Keen attention to detail and the ability to know what will convert and what will be on-brand.

  • English: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Skilled in writing and editing content with attention to detail.

  • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and effectively from home (during COVID).
